Once the customer accepts the quotation, we proceed to make fitting samples using the actual production fabric, with a focus on verifying the pattern fit, fabric texture, and process effect. We then optimize the details based on the customer's feedback until full approval is obtained.

After the fitting samples pass the inspection, we issue a sales contract that clearly defines core contents such as the order quantity, price terms, and delivery time. The contract comes into effect after being signed and sealed by both parties.

● Documents against Payment at Sight (D/P at sight): A 30% deposit is required to secure the order, and the balance is payable before delivery.
● Letter of Credit at Sight (L/C at sight): The customer needs to open a letter of credit after order confirmation.
Upon receipt of the deposit or letter of credit, we immediately start fabric procurement and production preparation.

● Final Sample Inspection (Duration: 3 - 5 days): Once upon completion of production, randomly select finished sample garments in all sizes and colors. Delivery arrangements will be made only after receiving the customer's final approval.

● Fabric and Trim Procurement: Purchase team order the fabrics and trims according to the quality standards and Lab Dips (color samples) confirmed by the customer.

Adhere to the AQL2.5 international inspection standard and implement full - process quality control:
● Initial Raw Material Inspection: At the beginning of production, strictly verify the quality, color, and quantity of fabrics and trims.

After production is completed, randomly select samples in all sizes and colors for the customer's final confirmation, ensuring that there is zero deviation between the bulk goods and the approved standards. Shipment arrangements can be made only after the inspection has been passed.

Coordinate sea freight (suitable for economical bulk transportation) or air freight (suitable for urgent orders) according to customer needs. Proactively connect with the customer - designated freight forwarder; if there is no designated party, we will use our high - quality logistics resources to provide one - stop services such as space booking and customs clearance.

Submit a full set of shipping documents (bill of lading, invoice, packing list, etc.) to the bank. The customer then completes the balance payment in accordance with the bank's procedures, obtains the documents, and picks up the goods,thereby completing the entire order delivery process.
