Our Laboratories

Ensuring Unparalleled Quality and Compliance

We take pride in our dual - laboratory system, consisting of an in - house factory - exclusive laboratory and a certified partner laboratory. Each plays a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of our products.

In - house Laboratory: Functionality and Advantages

The In-house laboratory shoulders two main responsibilities: development inspection and bulk production testing.

Development Inspection

When presenting new fabrics and trims to designers or during the research and development process, our in - house laboratory conducts comprehensive tests. These tests assess various aspects such as fabric shrinkage rates, color fastness, abrasion resistance, and tear strength. By identifying potential risks early on, we ensure that the designs proposed by garment designers are practical and feasible.

Bulk Production Testing

For all incoming fabrics and trims, in addition to the quality checks carried out by the quality inspection department, they must pass the rigorous testing in our in-house laboratory before being allowed into storage. This extra layer of inspection guarantees that all fabrics are qualified prior to cutting, effectively eliminating the risk of entire batches of finished products being scrapped due to substandard fabric test results.

Test Items Available in the in-house Laboratory

PH Value Testing Instructions: To ensure the safety and skin - friendliness of fabrics.
Dry and Wet Abrasion Testing Instructions: Evaluating the durability of materials under friction.
Button Tensile Strength Testing Instructions: Verifying the strength of buttons to avoid detachment during use.
Formaldehyde Testing Instructions: Measuring the presence of harmful formaldehyde in fabrics and trims.
Pilling Resistance Testing Instructions: Assessing how well fabrics resist the formation of pills.
Iron Content Testing Instructions for Zippers, Eyelets, and Metal Ends of Waist Ropes: Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Fabric Steam Shrinkage Testing Instructions: Understanding how fabrics react to steam, important for garments that may be steamed during production or use.
Fabric Wash Shrinkage Testing Instructions: Determining the shrinkage of fabrics after washing, helping to create accurate sizing.
Color Fastness to Saliva Testing Instructions: Vital for products that may come into contact with saliva, such as children's wear.
Color Fastness to Perspiration Testing Instructions: Checking how well colors hold up against sweat.
Color Fastness to Water Stains Testing Instructions: Evaluating the resistance of colors to water-based stains.

The Cooperative Laboratory

The cooperative laboratory is capable of conducting testing projects in compliance with standards such as those of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), European Standards (EN), the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), German Standards (DIN), British SATRA Standards, and Chinese National Standards (GB). The test reports it issues are widely recognized in all member countries of the International Laboratory Accreditation Cooperation (ILAC).

If you are uncertain about the functionality of fabrics during selection, or need to commission third-party testing for fabrics, trims, or finished garments, please allow us to serve you.
