Quality Inspection Process

Core logic: Full-process coverage from raw materials to delivery, with three-tier control through "100% inspection + random sampling inspection + independent QC control", ensuring quality traceability and early detection and resolution of issues.
Our Quality Control Pillars

1. Raw Material Inspection

● Fabric Incoming Inspection
- Conduct the American Four-Point System Inspection** for all incoming fabrics. Inspect for defects (holes, stains, color deviation, weaving errors, etc.) and assign penalty points based on defect size/severity (thresholds vary by fabric type).

● Accessory Incoming Inspection
- Perform a 40% random sampling inspection for trims (zippers, buttons, threads, decorations, etc.). Verify **material compliance**, specifications (e.g., zipper smoothness, button pull strength ≥30N), and performance. For non-conformities:
- Conduct a full inspection if the failure rate >5%; reject the batch if the failure rate >15%.

2. Cutting Stage Inspection

● 100% Full Inspection of Cut Pieces.

● Check dimensions (tolerance ≤±0.5cm vs. the pattern), cut edge neatness, and defect avoidance (original fabric flaws must be ≥2cm away from seam lines).

● Cross-verify quantity and style against work order before transferring to sewing.

3. Production Process Inspection

● Worker Self-Inspection
- Perform first-piece inspection at the start of each style/color run, checking stitch density (12-14 stitches/per 3cm), thread type, and trim placement (e.g., pocket position with a tolerance of ±0.3cm).
- Randomly inspect 1 out of every 10 pieces during production for seam strength and alignment.

● Dedicated Full Inspection on Hanging Assembly Line
- Conduct a 100% inspection of semi-finished products for sewing quality (e.g., collar symmetry, pocket alignment), dimensions, and stains. Tag defective items for rework or scrap immediately.

4. Garment Final Inspection

● 100% Pre-Packaging Inspection
- Inspect the front and back of each garment for appearance (color consistency, embroidery position with a tolerance of ±1mm), measurements, and trim functionality (zipper pull test ×5 cycles, button fastness).

● First-Piece Packaging Sample Inspection
- Validate packaging method (folding size with a tolerance of ±1cm), label accuracy (style number, care instructions), and packaging durability (shock resistance test applied).

● Post-Packing Case Random Inspection
- Sample cases per GB/T 2828.1 standard to check quantity accuracy, size/color mixing (with a tolerance of ≤0.5% ), and carton integrity.

5. Independent QC Sampling

● Full-Stage Random Inspections

● Audit fabrics, trims, cut pieces, semi-finished goods, and finished products. Focus on **physical/chemical indicators** (e.g., color fastness, formaldehyde ≤75ppm, pH 4.0-8.5).

● Reporting:
Issue daily/weekly/monthly quality reports tracking defect trends and recommending improvements.

6. Finished Goods Warehouse Release Inspection

● AQL 1.0 Sampling Standard
● Sampling is based on MIL-STD-105E (General Inspection Level II). Acceptable defect limits: Critical defects = 0, Major defects ≤AQL 1.0, Minor defects ≤AQL 2.5.

● Non-Conformance Handling
- Tag batches as "On Hold," return for rework, and re-qualify until passing re-inspection. No shipment until QC approval with a signed inspection report.
