AIf you find some items are unqualified, please contact our sales team and then provide us the clear pictures or video of the problems. We will check and then ask you to mail back to us for further inspection to determine the reasons. We will either replace the defective goods or deduct the corresponding payment from your next order.
Yes, we provide custom-made service. Both OEM and ODM are welcomed. We are an OEM and ODM fitness apparel manufacturer, which means we can produce exactly according to your designs, or you can choose from our designs. Both options are acceptable.
